Delfín Therapies® equipment is a non-invasive aesthetic technology certified by INVIMA sanitary registrations in Colombia, ensuring its suitability and quality. Additionally, our certification allows us to market our products both nationally and internationally.

Our Website Does Not Have Payment Buttons

We would like to remind you that we are the only authorized entity to process payments for our products. This ensures their authenticity and activates the warranty coverage. Please keep this in mind when making your purchases.

Purchase Procedure

Once the purchase order and payment method are agreed upon with the customer, a Delfín advisor will send an email with the payment link:

  • A Payment Receipt for customers who choose to use PayPal or Stripe.
  • A Proforma Invoice for customers who opt to pay via bank transfer.

Once the payment is confirmed, the customer service advisor will coordinate the shipment of the purchased product to the address registered with PayPal or Stripe. Additionally, the advisor will provide the customer with the tracking number for online shipment tracking.

Note:

If the customer prefers to receive the product at a different address than the one registered with PayPal or Stripe, they must email [email protected] from their PayPal or Stripe-associated email account, specifying the new delivery address.

Bank Transfer

For this payment method, a Proforma Invoice will be created detailing the instructions required to complete the payment.

After completing the bank-to-bank transfer, the customer must email the proof of transaction to [email protected].

Please Note: Bank transfers typically take 5 to 8 business days to process.

Once the payment is verified, the customer service advisor will schedule the shipment of the purchased product to the customer’s address as indicated on the Proforma Invoice.

IMPORTANT: To avoid unnecessary delays, it is essential to follow the instructions detailed in the Proforma Invoice accurately.

Import taxes are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid directly by them. The amount will be determined by local customs according to the regulations in each country. FedEx/DHL customer service will notify and collect the applicable import taxes, ensuring a smooth release and prompt delivery of the product.

All our products—including machines, cups, devices, cosmetics, and certified training services—are backed by the corresponding legal invoice(s). These invoices will be sent along with the purchased physical product or in a separate package together with the Training Certificates.

Operators of Delfín Therapies® equipment and their users must be informed about the potential adverse effects associated with the use of these technologies, which may include mild skin reactions, such as redness, temporary inflammation, and bruising. These effects typically resolve within a few hours or a couple of days after the session.

All equipment sold by the Delfín Therapies® brand complies with the quality standards defined by Colombian authorities.

Please note that proper operation of Delfín equipment requires reading and adhering to the User Manual and its warnings, as well as following the instructions provided in the training program. This ensures that the operator has all the necessary information for the safe use of Delfín technology.

If the equipment is operated without following the manuals and protocols, it will be understood that the company is exempt from any responsibility, damage, or claims of any kind, whether known or unknown, that may be related to, result from, or arise from the consideration, preparation, execution, or application of the respective aesthetic treatments. This includes, but is not limited to, damages and claims resulting from economic losses, physical harm, illness, or death.
