Upon receipt of the purchased product, the customer within the first 30 days may request, if it is his decision, a refund of 100% of the money paid, according to the policies of the company Delfín Therapies- IDEKA SAS.

From the 31st to the 90th day after receiving the product, the customer may request a refund of 70% of the money paid, according to the policies of the company Delfín Therapies- IDEKA SAS.

WARNING: If any part is missing or in poor condition, the money will not be refunded, until the missing part is resolved.
NOTA: The Cosmetics return package must include the original packaging and in perfect condition; Returns are NOT accepted when the product seals have been altered.

Delfín will inform the client of the collection date and the transport guide along with the instructions for a correct dispatch.
NOTE: The transport costs of the product will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the value of the refund.
WARNING: The client will NOT be able to send the product by a means of transport other than the Fedex account of the company DELFÍN Therapies – IDEKA SAS. Thus, the client will benefit from a preferential transport rate and is assured of a correct re-import process in Colombia.
2. Once the product has been received in Colombia, Compañía Delfín Therapies – IDEKA SAS. reserves the right to validate the status of the product received, as set forth in paragraph 5 of this refund policy.

2. The average cost of transporting a Cosmetic Kit to Colombia has an approximate value of 120 USD / Euros. This value also varies according to the size of the box used by the customer to package the product to be returned.
3. Partial product returns will NOT be accepted.
4. Delfín Therapies will only make money refunds to customers who have purchased the product directly with the company Delfín Therapies – IDEKA SAS.
