1-Year Technical Warranty for Delfín® Machines
Delfín Therapies® offers a 1-year technical warranty for its machines, including electrical and electronic components as well as the suction system, ensuring that the purchased product has been manufactured using high-quality standards.
Technical Warranty Coverage
- Electrical or electronic failure: In cases where the machine does not power on, operates intermittently, LED lights do not illuminate as per the selected program, or buttons do not respond properly.
- Software failure: When the software becomes misconfigured.
- Loss or reduction of pressure: The warranty will cover pressure loss in the machine if it is due to a defect in the vacuum pump or pneumatic system.
- Physical damage to the machine casing: When there is evidence of material, component, or label quality deterioration.
Warranty Void Conditions
The Technical Warranty will be void under the following circumstances:
- Accumulation of residual oil in the machine due to use without the protection of Oval Filters.
- Improper use of the machine resulting in ventilation obstruction.
- Damage caused by impacts or mistreatment of the machine.
- Failure to follow the instructions outlined in the User Manual.
- Use of the machine by individuals without a usage certification issued by Delfín®.
- Machine handling or repairs performed by unauthorized technicians.
- Expiration of the warranty period.
Machine Replacement Under Technical Warranty
If the machine fails within the first 15 days from the date of receipt, it will be replaced. Delfín® will cover the costs associated with collecting the defective machine and shipping the replacement.
Machine Repair Under Technical Warranty
If the failure occurs from day 16 after the receipt date until the end of the warranty period, Delfín® will repair the machine, covering all costs related to labor, spare parts, and transportation.
Repair Timeframe
Once the machine is received, the repair will be completed within 5 business days.
Warranty Extension
Customers may extend the Technical Warranty Policy for their Delfín® machine for an additional 1 or 2 years. This service must be requested within 3 months of the equipment purchase through our commercial advisors at a preferential rate. The warranty extension is subject to the use of the corresponding Oval Filters during the requested extension period.
6-Month Technical Warranty for Delfín® Cups, Devices, and Accessories
All cups, devices, and accessories are covered by a 6-month technical warranty.
Technical Warranty Coverage
- Cups: For obstructions or malfunctions in manual pressure control mechanisms.
- Devices: Changes in the appearance of cold/heat devices, such as oxidation or liquid leaks.
- Octopus Hose: For obstructions, component detachment, or malfunctions in the pneumatic control system.
- Power Cable: When it fails to conduct electricity properly.
- Accessories (silicone hose, spray bottle, auxiliary spray hose): For deterioration due to product quality defects.
Loss of Technical Warranty
The Technical Warranty is void under the following circumstances:
- Fractures or damage to the cup caused by improper handling of its connection and disconnection mechanism.
- Evidence of mistreatment, such as impacts or accidents, affecting the cup, device, or accessory.
- Exposure of cold/hot devices to overheating or overcooling.
- Handling of the cup, device, or accessory by unauthorized technicians.
- Failure to follow the instructions outlined in the User Manual.
- Expiration of the warranty period.
Replacement of Cups, Devices, and Accessories Under Technical Warranty
If a defect occurs within the first 15 days from the date of receipt, the defective cup, device, or accessory will be replaced. Delfín® will cover the costs associated with collecting the defective item and shipping the replacement.
Repair Under Technical Warranty
If the defect occurs from day 16 after the receipt date until the end of the warranty period, Delfín® will repair the cups, devices, or accessories, covering all costs related to labor, spare parts, and transportation.

The repair will be completed within 5 business days.
Lifetime Warranty on Materials and Finishes for Delfín Cups
Delfín Therapies® offers a lifetime warranty on the materials and finishes of Delfín Cups, ensuring the stability of their color and lasting shine.
Warning:
The warranty will not apply in cases where the cups, accessories, or devices have been handled with abrasive materials or subjected to impacts that damage their surface.
Ownership and Start of the Technical Warranty Policy
The Technical Warranty Policy is non-transferable and cannot be endorsed to a third party unless Delfín® is notified via email ([email protected]) with the corresponding endorsement of the purchase invoice and authorization is granted.
The warranty validity period begins on the date the product is received.
Transportation costs during the warranty period will be covered by Delfín Therapies®. All transportation services must be carefully managed by our advisors to avoid additional costs due to packaging size or tax payments.
Continuous Development of Delfín® Technology
Delfín® clarifies that there may be aesthetic variations between the received product and the photographs or commercial videos published across different media.
In line with its commitment to continuous improvement and technology development, Delfín® reserves the right to update the software and make changes to the product’s presentation without prior notice.
Technical Support Outside the Warranty Period
Our clients have access to technical support whenever needed, whether for preventive maintenance or to address any specific requirements.
Technical support is exclusively provided by Delfín Therapies specialists in Colombia, ensuring exceptional service quality.
We offer a fast and secure transportation service to collect and deliver the product to and from the client’s residence.
Once the product is received at the Delfín factory, a diagnosis will be performed, and the client will be informed of the service costs, which must be paid to proceed with the service order.
All technical services require 5 business days. Once completed, the product will be dispatched via priority courier to ensure prompt delivery.
All repairs and replacement parts are covered by a six-month warranty starting from the date of the technical service.
Delfín guarantees an inventory of parts and components for each production batch for a period of 10 years, allowing you to enjoy a long-lasting product.
Technical Service Transportation Costs
Transportation costs for technical service will be the responsibility of the client. Our advisors will handle the logistics to prevent additional costs related to packaging size or extra taxes.

Procedure for Submitting a Technical Warranty Claim for Machines, Cups, Devices, and Accessories
If a fault occurs in a Delfín® machine, cup, device, or accessory, please follow these instructions:
- Precaution: Immediately suspend the use of the machine, cup, device, or accessory.

Procedure
- Warranty Request: Clearly describe the issue, attach a copy of the purchase invoice, and provide the following customer details:
-Name
-Home address
-Contact number - Evidence: Send an email or WhatsApp message with a video and/or photo (as applicable) showing the reported issue. Once we receive the information, the technical department will preliminarily validate whether the issue falls under the Technical Warranty Terms.
- Collection: If the warranty service is approved, we will schedule the collection of the machine, cup, device, or accessory, following the packaging requirements indicated by Delfín®.
- Warranty Confirmation: Upon receipt of the product, Delfín’s technical department will physically diagnose the issue to confirm warranty coverage.
- If confirmed, the corresponding warranty service will be applied.
- If the issue is due to a cause listed under the warranty void conditions, the client will be informed, and a service quotation will be provided.
